Despite my career development I still have to find a balance between work and family. Our family received another blessing on July 26, 2017. Asher Verdell was born 8lbs 12oz. I have a wonderful and kind 7 year old son name AJ (Austin James) who is in third grade. He has the kindest heart and most gentle smile. He doesn't let me get to high or low with his words of wisdom. I also have my "princess" Ava Gayle who is 1 years old and has enough energy for a lifetime. She definitely keeps me aware and alert to everything. I would be mistaken if I didn't mention my beautiful wife Tiffany., who's love, support and understanding has allowed me to grow as a person so I can continue to meet the expectations of our family and my clients. She left her secular job at TD Bank to assist me with clients, and be more active with our little ones. Now we have the wonderful privilege of working side by side to accomplish more together than we could apart. I enjoy bowling and playing basketball and watching my Florida Gators whenever I can. Creating a balance between my career and family is of utmost importance to me. I have an incredible 11-year-old son, AJ (Austin James). Having the kindest heart and the gentlest smile. He loves animals, climbing trees and the ninja turtles. He never lets me get "too high" or "too low "with his words of wisdom he amazes me every day. And then there is my "Princess" Ava Gayle. She is 4 and has an abundance of innocent childlike energy! If only I could bottle it! She keeps me alert and aware at all times. My 3-year old Asher is my "Little Man". Something about an illuminating smile is completely humbling and says "All is right in my world"!

On May 18, 2020 we welcomed pour last puzzle piece Talena into the world. We are noe complete wit 2 boys and 2 girls.

The "brightest star" in my life is my beautiful and loving wife Tiffany. Her love, support, belief in me and my passion, allows me the room I need to grow, not only in my career but in my personal life as well. The gift of having her by my side helps me to meet the needs of my family and my clients. Her ability at multitasking and always being on top of playdates, doctor appointments – life – never ceases to amaze me. She left her job at TD Bank to assist with my clients and to be able to increase her quality time with our little ones. We now have the privilege and pleasure of working side by side allowing us to accomplish more together than we ever could accomplish separately.

My clients, family, bowling, playing basketball and watching my "Florida Gators" keeps my heart and life full.
